The XIAO ESP32C3 is designed to provide both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Low Energy in a very compact size. It runs a single-core 32-bit RISC-V processor at up to 160 MHz.
XIAO ESP32C3's memory includes 400 KB of SRAM and 4 MB of flash, giving enough room for firmware, wireless stacks, and modest data buffering. Wireless support covers 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi (802.11b/g/n) and Bluetooth 5.0 including BLE mesh features.
It supports multiple serial interfaces (UART, I²C, SPI, I²S), plus analog input (ADC).
