All electronic parts, kits, and modules offered by UNIVERSAL-SOLDER are intended for individuals with sufficient technical knowledge in electronics, soldering, and programming. These products are not toys and may pose risks if used improperly.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary understanding and skills to safely assemble and operate any product. We do not provide individual assembly support for DIY kits. UNIVERSAL-SOLDER assumes no liability for any malfunction, damage, injury, fire, or loss resulting from the use or misuse - correct or incorrect - of any product.

 

2. USE OF WEBSITE

You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or exploit any portion of this Site without express written permission.

You may not post, upload, or transmit any content to or through the Site that is malicious, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise harmful. We reserve the right to revoke your access at any time for conduct we determine to be harmful or in violation of these Terms.

Customs Authority Actions: UNIVERSAL-SOLDER is not responsible for, and shall have no liability in respect of, any delay, confiscation, or rejection of shipments by customs authorities - including cases alleging misrepresentation of origin - when the shipment has been accurately and properly declared by us.

 

5. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

 

6. FORCE MAJEURE

UNIVERSAL-SOLDER shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, government restrictions, or customs interference.

 

7. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be severed without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

 

8. AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
