I needed a small 13.8 volt, couple amps, power supply to use as continuous backup power to maintain memory in an Android car stereo when the main radio power and high output supply are off, that I’m using out of a car and at my bench. This works perfectly. You must provide power cables. Doesn’t require a fan for low current output.
