Product Description:
FM Radio Receiver DIY Kit with LCD display, based on the RDA5807 chip. This kit includes an LED VU-meter that flashes in sync with audio, and a built-in amplifier with speaker. Ideal for beginners learning to solder or for educational projects. Please have mercy with our Chinese friends - they use to call everything "Stereo" that plays music. Of course, this little radio only provides mono audio.
You control the radio with tactile push buttons to scan frequencies from 87 to 108 MHz in 0.1 MHz steps. Volume and spectrum display are also adjustable. The frequency is shown on the blue backlit 1602 LCD screen.
Assembly required. Includes all components, speaker, antenna, acrylic enclosure, and wiring. Assembling instructions are not required. Just match the parts in the bag with the positions on the PCB (watch polarity of ICs, electrolytic capacitors, diodes and battery connection) and follow the provided pictures for the mechanical part. No engineering degree required.
