Shipping Policy

  • Due to COVID-19 impact, all delivery guarantees are suspended. Current shipping times will exceeding the average shipping times by some additional days or even weeks. If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days (Canada/US), please get in touch with our customer support.

  • More than 160 countries (as of 04/05/2020) temporary suspended international postage services. Therefore, we are currently not able to accept international orders (except USA).  


We strive to provide a delivering service beyond all expectation. We are well prepared to offer the best and fastest possible service to our customers in Canada and United States, with average shipping times of around 3-5 business days (domestic; USA about +5 business days).

How do you ship packages?

Packages shipped from our warehouse in Saskatchewan, Canada, are shipped through Canada Post only. Some of our products are stored in one or several Amazon Canada warehouses, and are fulfilled and shipped by Amazon Canada in our name.

Do you ship worldwide?

We provide shipping to Canada,  USA and most European countries. We don’t ship to countries with expected shipping times of more than 3 weeks, a high risk of total lost, or from where we receive the most cyber attacks to our servers (e.g. Russia, Ukraine, China).


How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location and shipping service. These are our estimates:

Will my items be sent in one package?

Usually, for shipments with tracking, all ordered items will be shipped together in a single shipment. But for letter mail shipments to other regions than Canada and USA, we have to carefully watch the weight and size limits of every shipment, and therefore, some orders will be split in more than 1 shipment.
