An internal 91 ohm series resistor limits current to the laser diode (which consumes about 2V).
Operating current is about 30mA with a 5V supply. Very simple: Red wire to +5V, Blue wire to 0V.
Rotating lens holder can focus the beam.
Lens quality could be better, but for this price, a very good deal.
