AHT10 High Precision Temperature Humidity Sensor – I2C Interface
AOSONG / ASAIR AHT10 is a high precision, fully calibrated, temperature and humidity sensor with high reliability and excellent long-term stability. The sensor includes a capacitive humidity sensing element and a high performance CMOS microprocessor.
The AHT10 sensor communicates through its I2C interface with the MCU.
Like always, libraries are available (for example for Arduino) on GitHub.

Humidity response time: 8s
Typical accuracy temperature sensor: 0.3 deg. C
Operating range temperature sensor: -40 to 85 deg. C
Temp response time: 5 to 30s
The AHT10 sensor module integrates a voltage regulator and logic level converter, to adapt the 3.3V chip to 5V power supply and I2C bus voltage level.
I2C bus address can be selected to be 0x38 or 0x39.
